Eight Below

We had date night tonight, a pleasant distraction from my dreaded shots.

And I got to pick the movie...picked Eight Below!

Oh What a Movie and where do I sign up to get my own Sled Dog?

I fell in love.
Go see the movie.

The eyes of one of the dog's were knowing and trusting, loving.

In the hearts of our pets lives the Divine, I think.

  1. How nice to get out to play... Gabi had a birthday party and the big girls had a night out together while the little ones saw a movie and went to Islands for dinner. They saw Courious George for the second time... Oh well no one complained... The Keg has Happy Hour and my favorite martini is the orange slice...mmmmm. It was good too... Getting out is nice...

  2. Hmm, we didn't go out, but had a nice stay in ... sandwiches, no drinks, no movie, but plenty of wrap myself in his tenderness and smooches! Ahh this be the life! Hehehe

  3. You dont have to convince me that animals have a closer connection to the Creator than we have...

How is your beagle? Is he still living with your mom?

  4. Hi Christina.... I'm out of my bubble, lol.

I love horses, grew up with them, analyzed their personalities and their trust and the moments and people they distrust....

Going out sounds like fun. Hmmm am I really out of my bubble? Thanks for your kind comments and emails...

    lots of love,

  8. ::hugging my roomie since I have been away for several days::

The nite before my dog had to have surgery to remove one of her eyes, I stretched out on the couch and placed her on my tummy and chest. And for hours I looked into her eyes, talked to her, and sobbed. (When we bought her, I specifically chose her over the other puppies because I fell in love with her eyes.)

Yes, the Divine dwells within our pets' hearts.
