I am approaching my one year anniversary of being a NON-Smoker............



I think I can, I think I can.....I haven't cheated unless you count sniffing my sister-in-laws cigs cheating. She smokes my old brand.....

Sometimes it is easy to be a "non-smoker" and somtimes it's like being a smoker who is abstaining. Always a challenge but worth it.

(my comment in a new journal I am enjoying...she's a lot like a female Nichols Sparks and her love is gentle)

Congrats to you. I made July 4th My Independance Day from smoking. I have been successful so far even in stressful situations. It seems like every time I try some type of self improvement the The Divine throughs me a tough one to handle. But it has been1o days smoke free for me. I may have to ask for your help someday to keep me on track.

Congratulations. I failed miserably several times. Don't ever get too cocky. I quit for seven years and lit up thinking it wouldn't effect me. I was wrong. I started smoking again. :(

SO proud of you. It is so hard to stop smoking. My husband -even having emphasema still smokes. Keep up the good work. Hugs. *Barb*
