Inspired by a friend's pain

without warning
sorrow swallowed
and death warms up

like lovers do
secretly lingering
over coffee

tomorrow rises
beyond cloudiness
my heart died with you

................I do understand.

  3. Christina ... You speak acres and acres. I absolutely love the analogy between the first stance and the second.

I'm thinking though this morning that until that last breath it makes me feel good to talk about life and what God giveth in my making of a home on Earth, after that we will think, life with God in his home everflowing. Through talk of death betwen you and V, we make effort to stretch our dialogue, but our heart remains set, our focus will remain trying to live at our best.

    Merry Christmas dear heart!
