krobbie67 got out her big "If" book again and today's question is too irresistible.



"If you could possess one supernatural ability, what would it be?"



Well gosh....what to choose? What to choose? There's tele-transportation, there's spoon bending, there's being a medium and talking to dead people, there's being unnaturally smart, there's being uncannily strong, there's mind reading (Robbie's choice) and there's x-ray vision. And thought control, which anyone can see would be oh so useful. {{here's where I am practicing that...you are reading the bestest entry ever written...}}

There are so many but my choice would be to fly. I fly in my dreams you know...and it is, well it is refreshing. To not be bound to the earth and this silly body that gets worse daily. Yep, I'd fly...soar really...like a proud eagle. Protect and defend. Visit cool places and really cool people.

Funny, I sometimes fly in my dreams too. I've had them ever since I was a child. However, the only time is when I am being chased and I'm trying to escape/evade being caught. :::shrugs::: :-) ---Robbie

I'm not entirely sure if I would want any super-powers, but I know for CERTAIN that I would NOT want to read minds. LOL I'd rather NOT know what people are *really* thinking about me, thank you very much. tehehe...

I guess maybe unnatural intelligence or unnatural strength would be good. With intelligence, you can figure out tough situations really quickly. You also tend to be less emotional about decisions - I need that. And with strength, you don't have to worry so much about getting raped or murdered if you walk down a dark alley. That would be nice for a change. LOL :D

I don't even remember my dreams, much less fly in them. (not very imaginative, I'd say.) Supernatural Power I'd want? Simple: To cure ignorant diseases like MS and AIDS and Alzheimer's and....

I'm not very creative today... In Robbie's journal, I stole Karen's annswer, and now I want to steal yours. I fly in my dreams, too, and it always seems so natural and wonderful. Flying would definitely be right up there at the top... Lisa :-]
