Thursday.....
the sound of bewilderment....


Weekend Assignment #13: Tell the class which of the Founding Fathers you'd want to hang out and have a beer with and why.

Can't think of one? Alterntate Assignment: Tell us about any famous American in history (let's say, from 1500 through 1950) you'd want to have a beer with and why.



Bless John's heart but there is no way on earth I could consider having a beer with any of those men thus, my answer will have to be about ANYONE famous. Now, there are a couple of folks that come to mind right away but the shining star is Marilyn Monroe. She had to be a gas to party with and I just know that she would have been able to get us into the hot clubs. No waiting behind the red velvet ropes with that one. We'd be the ladies about town and maybe, just maybe, we would both wear dresses in the wind.

She has been an idol of mine for EVER!! Now if she cancelled the girls night out I'd just give Elvis a call. Sigh.

And for extra credit....I am a great x8 grand child of Stonewall Jackson. (I think that's the right guy.) Heck, what do I know? I barely remember the dude.
