my letter to the JournalChanges@aol.com
To Whom it May Concern:

We are eloquent and educated consumers. When I have needs I know how to get mine met, one of them is an outlet for my writing.

I write about God an a lot.

This means that wanton consumer marketing will often fly in the face of what I have to say.

It will directly conflict with My Thoughts, My Blog.

I do not care about Skin Cream.

I do not care about Banks.

I care about people and growing.....

I care about feelings and love.

I pay to be here at AOL.

I PAY.


I pay for AOL ckays1967@aol.com and am being charged for broadband that I do not use because I have highspeed COX internet. I can not connect using the AOL icon and have NEVER been able to get AOL to load on my home computer correctly and have always just used the web browser and www.aol.com.

The only reason I have stayed is for my journal....ten years of my money. I have e-mail with my highspeed internet....

With Blogspots, if I choose to have ads, I could choose ones that would relate to my journal and I WOULD EARN MONEY FROM THEM it is called ADsense.

But I stayed with my AOL journal out of loyality to AOL.

I paid extra to stay.

Dumb consumer.

You have the power to fix this. I have been told it was simple to put the ads in overnight.

It would be simple to take them out over night too.



Businesses fail by making mistakes.

They fail by pissing off their customer base.
