wild colours lunching
casually leaping thru space
eaten for all time

Ah those Greeks, they sure have a way with nuggets of wisdom or two.
Another great haiku, btw. =P

It is called Cafe La Parisienne....and his work is beautiful in life. And usually very large....like over your mantel or couch size. I love it!

Did I telecommunicate a comment to you about this entry? I could have sworn I said how much I loved your haiku's homage to Maimon-- I am an art dunce compared to hubby and most of the journalers I pay attention to--what is the name of this painting? As always, coming here...and seeing your entries (and comments!) build and build...is always a pleasure!

You do amazing things with haiku. My poetry was never so disciplined. I just couldn't write inside a structure. But the discipline creates beautiful results. Kind of like the 2500 word limit... Lisa :-]
