TO Mom.....1st poem I wrote for her...I was a teenager
T. S. G.
Centuries of verses and rhymes
flutter thru my mind
on the wing tips of sparrows
rushing to escape a storm.
Your soul flashes in the fabled
blue of your haunting eyes
and gleams in your
easy smile
Even still you are certainly
the most beautiful woman
I know.
If capturing your style in mere words
could be done it would be like
caging a wild bird
Its spirit can not be known
without seeing it soar.
And, if I should happen to cry
I know who will be there
answering in the sky.
Thank you for teaching me how to fly.
I love you,
Christina

Hey Girl Friend, how are you? I was wondering if you would like to have another donation for your walk? Let me know and I will send more, just tell me where.
