Snow and Kids

The beauty of being a stay at home Mommy is that when it snows I do not have to struggle to find alternate care for my children...because today was declared a Snow Day too.

Good thing my Mother In Law knows how to drive in the white stuff because she brought us bread and milk last night when she came to give me my shot, these items are something a family of seven runs out of daily. (And yes, I do buy more than one of each at a time.)

I took pictures yesterday and this morning but the battery died during the upload process so it may be later today before I get to share them..

xxoo

Lori, you crack me up! Snow melts sweetie.

  1. I always laughed at the 'Bread and Milk' panic as I hoarded the toilet paper ... now, man, I cannot keep enough milk in the fridge in PERFECT weather!

  2. I have a milk secret... Get powder milk and when you get low, mix it with the good stuff to stretch.... One warning... Do not let the critters see you do this... Sometimes they do not understand the fine art of dehydration!

Thanks for the snow tidbit... how long does it last by you??? Weeks? days? I hope you have a wii... That will keep them busy! We got one for Christmas... (thank God for Santa) the kids love it!

So glad to see you keeping us informed... I love your daily antidotes... Miss you!
