We have kicked our first child out of our home. Our case manager can not believe it has happened because it took a year and half, most homes have removed many kids by this time in there tenure.
You will not believe what the final offense was or even who it was that made the call this morning...
It was Charley who called because this little 8 year old girl called his wife a f@#%^!& bitch.
That man told the child no one is to disrespect his wife, by gosh.
Of course, it was not the only thing she did or even the worse thing, it was just the one that pushed him over the edge. I thought it would have been when she peed on the bedroom floor or smeared a little brown stuff on the walls.
For the life of me I have a hard time forgiving the adults who screw these kids up like this but we cannot jeopardize the other kids we have in our home for the sake of this one.
Because my big secret, that I have been unable to share, is we are almost in the adoption stages with them, and they may be ours forever before summer is over.

Is the little girl in the green the troubled one? I can't imagine what that child must have been through. How exciting about the adoption! You are adopting the three children, then?

You are right about protecting your family and hopefully this poor young soul will never treat a person like that with out thinking of how one man stood up for his wife/family and not allowing another person act or talk like that without consequences.
